Visiting without an appointment
The laboratory is on Rruga Islam Alla in Tirana and welcomes patients without an appointment. Opening hours are Monday–Saturday, 07:00–18:00. Samples are collected during the same hours; the laboratory is closed on Sundays.
Preparation depends on the test. Read the relevant instructions or ask the laboratory for clarification before your visit.
When and how you receive results
There is no single turnaround time for every test. Completion time depends on each test and is communicated by the laboratory.
You can collect printed results at the laboratory. At your request, results can also be sent via WhatsApp or email. You can confirm your preferred method during your visit.
Payment and home sample collection
Payment is accepted by card or cash. Home sample collection is also available; arrangements are discussed directly with the laboratory.
